  1. Digital engagement and activities – for example, ‘Where do I start when building a new website for my organisation?’.
  2. Finding, creating, sharing and archiving digital content – for example, ‘How can I ensure my digital content is diverse and inclusive?’.
  3. Digital leadership and organisation development – for example, ‘How do I start planning a digital strategy and where do I go for support?’.
  4. Business models and recovery planning – for example, ‘What digital skills might I need in my organisation in the future?’.

If you’re not sure which category you’re looking for, there’s also a search bar on the website to help you find relevant content.

The Arts Marketing Association (AMA) manages the Digital Heritage Hub in partnership with the Digital Heritage Consortium and the University of Leeds.

Answers to each question come from a wide range of expert organisations, including Naomi Korn Associates and Charity Digital, as well as individuals. Overall, this is a great resource to share with your colleagues, trustees and volunteers.
