Tuesday 4th February 2020 10.00-16.30
STEAM Museum, Swindon
Through discussions, practical exercises and a case study, this workshop will consider the various and creative ways that museums can turn their research in to action through effective planning and by developing the right approaches to utilizing and applying audience research in order to put audiences at the heart of what museums do.
This is for staff or volunteers with a good understanding of their current audiences and who are looking to learn how to apply audience research. The session is designed for those with some experience of collecting information on their audiences, and therefore is suited for those in visitor experience or audience development/engagement roles.
