Via Zoom

Note: More details on the session will be made available shortly – session times subject to change – 7 places available.

About the session:

This course will help you develop your understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion and how it relates to you, you workforce (paid and voluntary), your audiences and your programmes.

You will be more confident that you can use up to date terminology and can recognise organisational factors and wider issues, including the barriers to inclusive recruitment and participation and ways to overcome them. This will help you to be pro-active and responsive in your approach to equality, diversity and inclusion, supporting your museum’s resilience. We will begin to explore how you could track progress with engaging audiences and a volunteer workforce that reflects the communities you represent.
