This session will be run by our Sustainable Volunteering Officer, Eleanor Moore, and will focus on what is meant by good customer care in a museum environment. It will help you understand the essentials for planning ways of training teams to meet the needs of all visitors.

Who should attend?

Volunteers and volunteer managers (paid or voluntary) who would like to develop or improve customer care for their organisation
