About the Session:

This session will provide an insider’s view on applying for lottery funding. The focus will be on understanding what funders want from diverse and inclusive engagement. This is a mandatory outcome for NLHF and an Investment Principle for ACE. All applicants to either funder need to meet these requirements in order to secure funding. You will explore how to make a convincing case for your project, discuss specific funding requirements and how to meet them, and gain understanding of the processes behind outcomes-based funding. You will learn what co-design and co-creation mean and how to use these in your planning. You’ll also pick up a range of practical hints and tips for your application, plus have a chance to pose specific funding questions to an industry expert.
