A new resource for organisations to evaluate the impact of their work on the people who experience it.
We have 8 licenses for this new toolkit which is designed to help you understand perceptions of your work and how this can align with your creative intentions.
We are working with the Museum Development network and Counting What Counts to pilot this national programme, for non-NPO museums in the South West. We are offering a fully subsidised license for you to trial the Impact and Insights platform.
“The Impact and Insight Toolkit has been developed so that arts and cultural organisations can understand what their audiences think about their work and how this compares to what they are trying to achieve.”
Further information can be found on the Impact and Insight website.
Due to the current measures from HM Government to keep us all safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery of the Impact and Insights Toolkit pilot project is currently on pause.
Nevertheless, we are still committed to working with the 2020 cohort as soon as we can once the situation has become clearer. We hope that the measures currently in place are short-lived and effective, and we look forward to supporting museums in welcoming their visitors back once they are able to.
We understand that this may be a phased approach, and we are aware that the way audiences engage with museums may be different in the future. We are eager to use the Impact and Insights Toolkit to evaluate the nuances of audiences as a way to help museums understand how their audiences respond to these changes in the cultural sector and the impact it has on them.
